Driver Manager & Load Planner For Truck Company

Local trucking company now hiring a Driver Manager & Load Planner

Tasks:

Task will include answering driver phone calls and updating customers via phone and email. This position will also include speaking to drivers on a regular basis and solving issues for each driver that may arise.

In addition, this position will require to plan loads for each driver for the week.

The position is Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4pm. The position has the potential to become a salary position with on call duties and work on the weekends (optionally from home on weekends)

Requirements:

-Great planning and management skills

-The ability to schedule and coordinate multiple time slots for drivers

-Exceptional computer skills

-Customer Service skills

-Working well under pressure and at a fast pace

-Experience in the trucking industry (preferred not required)
